Q.1. How do I update my key if it was not placed on the cradle the previous evening?

Instructions for D-Key 
1) Press the enter button-the key will read KEY IS EXPIRED UPDATE NOW.  2) Scroll  down 5 times using the down arrow-the key will read MANUAL E-SYNC.   3) Press the enter button-the key will read PLACE KEY IN CRADLE, place key in cradle to  begin update.

Instructions for E-Key 
1) Press the home button on your Palm Pilot 2) Find E-Sync and press with stylus.  3) Place the shell in cradle and Press E-Sync.  E-Key will begin to update.

Q.2. What member ID number do I use to log in to CAR and access Winforms®?
Your member ID is your NRDS (National REALTOR® Database System) number.  If you do not know your NRDS ID number,  you will need to call your Local Association.

Q.3. How do I change my new office information in Winforms®?

Go to: www.zipform.com.  Click on the Support link located at the top of the page and then click on Company Information Change.

Q.4. Why can't I import an agents ID when changing my listing information for a close of escrow?

Check your computer system, you may have the POP UP window blocked.
